Filmed in and around New Orleans in the wake of the devastation inflicted by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, this artwork alternates footage of a storm-ravaged house and the seemingly calm wetlands of the lower Mississippi River Delta. In this home, a Ninth Ward resident transforms the window blinds into a musical instrument.
