One of fifteen small weaving samples from the studio of Dorothy Liebes. This example consists of woven plastic, silver metallic, and cotton elements in white. The weave appears tabby in one sense, but appears to have floating elements as well.
The sample was originally attached to a white cardboard mount with the number of the design and name of the designer written by hand. (Removed for conservation reasons but saved in Textile Department.)
